My stay at the hotel was a mix of great and not-so-great experiences. The rooms were big and clean with an amazing view of the valley, along with a large private pool, which I loved. However, my room felt a bit old and outdated compared to a friend's room in the same hotel. The service was good but not exceptional, especially when compared to another resort I had visited recently. The location was absolutely stunning, overlooking a lush tropical valley and the Ayung river, but it was a bit far from the city for my liking. The dining experience was okay, but I wished they had more popular Mediterranean dishes. Overall, it was a nice experience, but there were some areas that could be improved.
I had an incredible time at this hotel. The rooms were stunning with private hot tubs and massage tables overlooking the gorge, spacious, and with a great view of the hillside and the flowing river. The hotel offered pool access, good restaurants, and spectacular views. The service made this part of our honeymoon so amazing as the staff were kind, respectful, extremely nice, and helpful, creating a wonderful experience. The location was beautiful, offering various amenities like shared pools, riverside walkways, and yoga by the river, all set in the lush green area of Ubud. The dining experience was okay with a good selection, but I wished for more Mediterranean dishes. The facilities were top-notch, providing everything one could need during their stay.
